fascinating. if you remember that conversation, talk to me a little bit about that. >> i do. i mean, you know, it's kind of complicated, fashion is looked at as frivolous, and at the end of the day, it's business, big business, and there are a few people that own most of the big brands that you purchase or that you buy so when you see someone like me, who's completely independent, and we're trying to compete with these brands who have literally billions of dollars behind them, and it's like you're looking at all of these brands like it's a big separate thing, and everybody has their own thing going on, really it's a couple of units that push everything, so that's why i always tell people you have to support independent designers. you might look at a big brand like it's not independent, and because sergio hudson is sold saks fifth avenue, he's there, but he doesn't have the backing that these brands have so your support means everything. i think people need to know
