And at 517 under foster sent updated plans and no new building plans were filed weve not had to look at this in a short period of time at the june meeting you instructed the Planning Department staff to verify the site conditions we looked at this and noted the changes and communicated to the Property Owner on june 26th the sponsors were traveling and unavailable to meet face to face by email they returned on july 8th and then the agenda was posted for todays hearing we noticed the changes were not different from last hearing we asked why on july willfully we learned the Property Owners were not updating the plans we didnt know how the commission will prepare for that todays hearing without the materials we are afraid the plans will be submitted without the public and others to review them as you recall on june 23rd we were provided with dimension calculations no time to review the accuracy on that date the commission ordered the site visit for the existing conditions and on that the june 23rd calculations was shown to be wrong again, the site visit confirmed the seven hundred and 90 feet basement and buy out rooms not on the 311 plans we should through this in a timing manner and not reciprocated their inadequate and not present in time for review weve cant give that matters the right time when time it follows those are not afforded to us or the commission itself for those reasons we support october 13th recommended by staff this is a major project with serious ramifications with sponsors and community we should have an outcome that is respectful of the existing needs of community thank you. Good afternoon, commissioners i have a copy of the letter that i will read for you guys my name is trashing the other dr requester im writing in response to the proposed continuance for communication from nick foster where we wanted to have the 13 this morning and fostered the july earlier date for the continuance hearing from a problematic were not i can do in my letter ive listed the thursdays im out of town theyve not described to work within the deadline for the submission of the original hearing date and the continuance for july 14th and the Planning Department is late on the october past of the deadline i presuming and the other neighbors need an appropriate amount of time i hope we have that time and time to determine where we can compromise between the parties given the challenges with the original plans grossly inadequate for the project including no actual demo and the lateral plan the continuing late submissions is to a layperson like myself a disregard for the process i kindly ask the commissioners to encourage the dialogue between the sponsors and the neighbors to try to reach a compromise and require that the compromises not be balanced and submitted no matter october 1st to have adequate time for the october date thank you thank you for your time. Theres been a consistent failure to follow the Planning Department procedures that are old in premeditate and on the Planning Department website given everything that has happened over the last several months and in fact, since this project began the neighbors require additional time to make sure that theyre able to review the information that is submitted and be sure it is complete and accurate therefore like my colleagues i am requesting that you follow the Planning Department recommendation and set this hearing for october 13th so we all have adequate time to look at the plans and insure theyre correct and the context to the comments that made about hearing this today please know that has of yesterday with nick fosters note that there was no hearing today the whole project team has taken off so there are i think youve heard 8 to 10 people last time theyre not available three or four the dr requesters and myself were not here for the hearing we were told no hearing one were asking it be continued the Planning Department recommendation it be continued to october 13th is realistic and so you know over 50 percent of our project team a out of the state and country during the month of august i leave tomorrow for greece we have made accommodations no one is available look at traceys schedule.
