I know you said that Mosquito Control there in miami has not worked as you had hoped. Why not . Well, there are three different possibilities. First, it could be that the mosquitoes there are resistant to the insecticides being used. Unfortunately, theres no quick test for that and can take a week or three or four weeks to figure that out for sure. Second, it may be there are breeding sites that havent been eliminated. Thats a concern with regard to protecng i would expect as the case with any time there are additional restrictions on sex offenders, that there will be some sort of legal challenge to it.
