[ crying ] >> i am so sorry. i wouldn't hurt nobody's child. it's just like my baby. >> reporter: the voice you shear that of ruby miller. for 25 years she's run a licensed day-care center out of this home in dale city. yesterday police say something terrible happened inside that house. they say a 3-year-old girl was sexually assaulted. the suspect, dakwan miller. ruby miller's son. i went inside and i talked to her today. she's destroyed by what happened here. >> my life is ruined. my day care. i love children. always loved those children. children were as close as they could get. >> reporter: police say the assault happened in the bathroom of the home. they say none of the other kids saw it. they say when the victim got home she began acting an an unusual way and her parents got suspicious. >> the parents began to question her. make sure she was okay. that's when more of the disclosure what had happened earlier in the day came out. >> reporter: she talked about this assault? >> correct. >> reporter: back at miller house, ruby miller told me she was the one who brought her son to police for questioning. >> he said he didn't do it. he said he was upset he would be accused of something like that and we believed him. >> reporter: you still believe him? r the redskins aren't sure we'll they'll set up shot. richmond is a possibility. plenty of work needs to be done. vcu also a possible landing spot. virginia governor bob mcdonnell made the announcement this afternoon. >> they will be moving their summer training camp beginning in 2013 right here to richmond, virginia. for three weeks. that will be about an eight-year commitment where the redskins will have their summer training camp here. something the coach wanted to do to get away from homes of the players could focus that preseason time solely on getting ready for the season. >> reporter: governor not just saying that. it's true. mike shanahan has always been an advocate of moving training camp away from the facility. he said it promotes camaraderie among the players. the official kickoff to the season generally lasts about three weeks. guys?
