Thousands of people were without power in Hoboken, New Jersey, on February 15, due to a transformer outage. Around 5,000 residents were affected by the power cuts, the city’s mayor reported. Thousands had their power restored just over an hour later according to Hoboken Police Chief Ken Ferrante.
