Towards the end of 2023, my husband and I felt the need to have a full mind, body, and spirit reset. This was an ironic thought because our little family of three just had vacation in one of the best places in the world but we've come to realize that what we needed was an inner break, even an hour away from our emails, adult responsibilities, and yes, a break from parenting.
