High street bank TSB has unveiled plans to launch 43 'pop-up' face-to-face services in town halls, libraries and community centres across Britain after announcing plans to close more than a third of its branches last year. 'Mobile money confidence experts' will be on site to help customers with internet and mobile banking registration, forgotten passwords, reporting stolen cards, existing payments and assistance with bereavements, the bank said. But the pop-ups will be open only one day a week - and customers won't be able to make cash withdrawals or deposits, set up new direct debits, open or close accounts or change their bank account details.
