On July 13, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov held an online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the program of measures of the forthcoming working trip to Balkan velayat. The reports were also centered on activation of the velayat’s industrial infrastructure and adoption of the newest technologies, acceleration of construction rates of social and cultural projects, fulfillment of the tasks enshrined in the National Rural Areas Development Program, and realization of radical reforms in the scientific-educational sphere.
