UK-Nigeria Tech Hub, Decagon to train 100 developers Temiloluwa O’Peters UK-Nigeria Tech Hub has announced the pilot phase of its Developer Placement in partnership with software engineering institute, Decagon. According to a statement issued by the company, the developer placement programme is a three-month programme designed to upskill 100 software developers in Nigeria through hands-on work experience. It said the programme aimed to inadvertently provide digital enablement to selected Small and Medium Enterprises seeking to launch social impact products. “In line with our commitment to accelerate the growth and development of the technology sector in the country, this programme serves as an opportunity for graduate developers to gain entrepreneurial and industry experience while serving as top-level tech talent for businesses,” the statement said.
