Was Yella Beezy detained in relation to Mo3 murder? Yella Beezy and Mo3 had a long-standing beef despite being from the same city. Dallas-based rapper Mo3, whose real name was Melvin Noble, was shot dead in November 2020 by a suspect who chased him on foot on I-35E, the eastern half of the I-35 interstate highway, which splits to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Though there is no evidence against Beezy but many blamed him for Mo3's death. Mo3 also had a beef with another rapper named Trapboy. According to TMZ, Yella Beezy’s beef with Mo3 also led to a lawsuit in January 2020. Mo3’s manager Brandon Rainwater sued Bezzy over an alleged assault that occurred outside Dallas’ V Live strip club in the same month. Mo3’s manager had then claimed that he suffered a dislocated hip after being on the receiving end of a beatdown from Yella Beezy and his crew.
