Work Underway to Upgrade West Penn Power's Electrical System

West Penn Power, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE), is upgrading its electrical distribution system in Westmoreland County to help prevent lengthy service interruptions, particularly during severe weather.
