Federal prison. a man named daniel rodriguez was sentenced to 12 1/2 years yesterday. he shouted, trump won, as he was sentenced according to multiple witnesses in the courtroom. rodriguez acknowledged attacking and seeing officer fanone before his sentencing but did not apologize. he insisted he believed a civil war was breaking out and he bleed guilty earlier this year to a host of charges including inflicting bodily injury to officers using a dangerous or deadly weapon. rodriguez also bragged about his crimes including his attack on officer fanone in an online chat room writing, quote, tase the f out of the blue. i mean i ll say it and i think it s been clear by the
