Pennsylvania state trooper that was shot yesterday in the line of duty. Corporal seth kelly was struck several times on the side of the street in pain field township. He was supplying backup to another trooper in a traffic stop. Today he remains in the hop in critical but stable condition. As he prepares for another surgery.
