New charges linked to this hosh risk crash. A hit and run suspect seen here is facing two counts of murder accused of driving under the influence. Nbc bay area is at Childrens Hospital in oakland with the mothers reaction. Raj, we talked with the mother ada reyes here at the hospital because her youngest luciano is still here in critical condition. She told us tonight she wanted to talk about the new charges against the man she says took her other two sons and then left the crash scene. Surrounded by family, a tearful ada reyes said she hopes justice will be served with these new charges again...
