Apax Global Alpha to invest EUR23 million in social software deal Wed, 4th Aug 2021 10:37 (Alliance News) - Guernsey-based private equity investment trust Apax Global Alpha Ltd on Wednesday said it expects to invest EUR23 million in Apex X Fund's "social good software platform" merger. The Apax X Fund - in which Apax Global Alpha is a limited partner - has agreed to acquire majority stakes in non-profit software companies EveryAction and Social Solutions.
