Storage yard to become The site of the new car wash A storage yard will become a car wash, after plans submitted by Adams Motors were approved by the council this week. The site at 187-189 Cardiff Road will become home to a car wash, two containers for storage and car sales. The car wash will be under a canopy towards the front of the site and aims to service three-to-four cars per hour at 15 to 20 minute intervals. One container will be along the back of the site, used as storage for car parts, tyres and tools. The other container will be used as a site office and this will be next to the site entrance. ....

The bank opened a regional office on Monday at the former Adams Auto building at 4601 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township. The regional office will offer financial solutions including commercial and consumer banking as well as insurance, mortgage banking, equipment finance, wealth management services and more. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and has a 24-hour ATM. The office is led by Justin Conner, vice president and commercial banking market leader for the Capital Region, who brings 24 years of experience. Univest said it continues to “actively recruit dedicated financial professionals to join the team.” ....

Univest to open regional center in Cumberland County Updated Feb 16, 2021; Facebook Share Univest Financial plans to open a regional center in Cumberland County. The new facility will be located at the former Adams Auto building at 4601 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township. The facility is tentatively scheduled to open in April. The regional center will serve business and consumer customers and offer commercial lending, consumer and business banking, commercial insurance, employee benefits, mortgage banking, commercial leasing, wealth management, financial planning and employer retirement plan services.
