In San Jose, Calif., Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) has broken ground on a new behavioral health facility: the Child, Adolescent, and Adult Behavioral Health Services Center. VETERANS - A LOCAL ORGANIZATION WANTS TO HELP YOU DURING THIS PANDEMIC. THE GROUP BO'S BLESSINGS HAS FEDERAL MONEY TO HELP PAY FOR GROCERIES, SUPPLIES AND UTILITIES..AND THEY NEED TO SPEND IT BY THE END OF THE MONTH - BY TAKING YOU SHOPPING PKG this is really good blessing for me. THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMANS SERVICES AWARDED BO'S BLESSINGS 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN CARES ACT MONEY TO HELP LOCAL VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES this is unbelievable this is the most money we've had a one time and we can touch so many lives. so we have an opportunity to expand our bo's blessings JACK DOUGLAS BROUGHT HIS GROCERY LIST FOR A QUICK SHOPPING TRIP AT HARPS..... DOUGLAS SAYS HE LOST HIS JOB A FEW MONTHS AGO. i lost a job recently. so yea money is really tight AND THE FUNDING FROM BO'S BLESSINGS WILL HELP HIM GET THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS it will get me through the next few weeks into the next year hopefully. HE SAYS THAT IT CAN BE TOUGH FOR VETERANS TO ADMIT THEY NEED HELP the military culture, is that, we don't want help. the army is only as strong as its weakest link so nobody wants to be that weak link so we dont come out and say we need help. its good that there are programs that actively look for us THE EFFECTS OF THIS PANDEMIC HAS PUT FAMILIES IN DIRE SITUATIONS THEY NEVER COULD HAVE IMAGINED. they are at a loss. what do you do? do you pay electrical or food to eat? And so we try to fill in the gap. JANNIE LAYNE- THE FOUNDER OF BO'S BLESSINGS, SAYS IT'S THEIR MISSION LET OUR VETERANS KNOW THAT THEY'RE NOT ALONE.
