20 minutes earlier, but it was running a bit behind schedule, but as it touched down, you can see a second plane coming from the same area and the two planes had a collision, burst into flames and then separated apart. the large airliner basically with its engine touching the ground, basically a fire that began with the engine in the back of the plane. it continued to spread in a matter of minutes the entire plane was engulfed. but what japan airlines is saying is that the crew members were able to get safely everybody on board, all the menlg pas passengers and crew members off the plane safely. japan coast guard still trying to determine the status of half a dozen or so people on board the much smaller coast guard aircraft. we're working to confirm details about that. we don't know their conditions. but it looks very bad for both planes frankly. and the fact that this japan airliner, airbus a-350, with such a dramatic fire just
