Government is applying economics to the fight against illegal drugs. 28 passengers on a bus in kenya have been shot dead by al shabab fighters in what they say is a revenge attack for kenyas military involvement in somolia. Reporter witnesses said the victims were forced from the bus at gunpoint. They were ordered to read verses from the koran and then shot in the head at point blank range.
