Gorgias, a San Francisco, CA-based e-commerce customer support platform, raised $25m in Series B funding. The round – which brought fundraising total to more than $40m and its valuation to more than $300m – was led by Sapphire Ventures with participation from SaaStr, Alven, Amplify Partners, CRV, and Greycroft.
