I mentioned this earlier, all the training that weve undertaken a. So weve really made an effort to highlight about how important it is. But no question. Ideas come anybody was great ideas about how we can be better, be better about what we are doing and be more effective, by all means im all in years. Even discussing and thinking about todays event, so what more do we need to be doing . Im always open to hearing good ideas from whatever source, whether its private sector, those in the room.
