القصة الكاملة لعقار الإسكندرية المائل: «هدم طوابق وضبط المالك»

العقار المائل
يومان انقلبت فيهما الإسكندرية رأسا على عقب، بسبب عقار الإسكندرية المائل أو ما عرف أيضاً بعمارة السيالة أو عقار بحري المائل، فاختلفت المسميات وبقيت الكارثة واحدة التي تشير إلى تشريد سكان العقار الذين لا يعرفون مصيرهم حتى الآن.
هدم العقار المائل بالإسكندرية
ومع اليوم الثاني من وقوع الأزمة بدأت محافظة الإسكندرية، في أعمال هدم العقار المائل بالإسكندرية، بمنطقة بحري، وتحديدًا في السيالة، بناء على قرار اللجنة الهندسية التابعة للحي، بهدم 10 طوابق من العقار المائل لتخفيف الحمل على العقار، وبدأ الهدم من الداخل بعد الانتهاء من تفريغ كل محتوايات العقار من قبل السكان.
وبدأ هدم العقار المائل داخليًا، في محاولة لتفادي انهيار العقار في منطقة بحري، خاصة وأن العقار مرتفع وفي حالة انهياره يتسبب في كارثة داخل المنطقة، خاصة مع قرار المحافظة، بإخلاء العقارات المجاورة للعقار المائل، حفاظًا على أرواح الأهالي في المنطقة.
القبض على مقاول عقار الإسكندرية المائل بعد يوم من الواقعة
وبينما تتم عملية الهدم، كانت الأجهزة الأمنية فى محافظة الإسكندرية، تتمكن من ضبط مالك ومقاول عقار بحري المائل وتم إحالته للنيابة العامة للتحقيق، وذلك بعدما تسبب ذلك العقار في مخاطر كبرى لسكانه كما سيتم إزالة ادوار عديدة تم تقديرها ما بين عشرة إلى 12 طابقا.
ونجحت الأجهزة الأمنية من إلقاء القبض على المتهم مقاول عقار السيالة بالإسكندرية، بعد يوم واحد من الواقعة، وإحالته للنيابة العامة لمواجهته بما هو منسوب إليه بشأن العقار المائل في الإسكندرية.
النيابة العامة تستدعي مسؤول حي الجمرك لسماع شهادته
وقررت النيابة العامة، استدعاء مسؤولي حي الجمرك، لسماع شهاداتهم حول الواقعة والاطلاع على ملف العقار.
بدأت عملية إخلاء عقار بحري المائل، بشارع الخطاب، بوسط محافظة الإسكندرية، وذلك تمهيدًا لبدء عملية هدم 10 طوابق، تنفيذًا لقرار اللجنة الهندسية، بكلية الهندسة، جامعة الإسكندرية.
العقار المائل بالإسكندرية مبني من عام 2016
وكشف محافظ الإسكندرية، أن هذا العقار جرى بناءه منذ عام 2016، ويتألف من دور أرضي و18 طابقا وجميعها مخالفة، وصدر ضده 18 قرار إزالة ولم يجرى إزالة سوى دور واحد فقط ، نظرًا لوجود سكان بها أسر كاملة به، مؤكدًا أنه حدث ميل في العقار بدرجة 20 سنتيمترًا وجرى إخلاء جميع السكان، ولم يسفر الميل عن وقوع أي إصابات.
مصير العقارات المجاورة لـ عمارة السيالة بالإسكندرية
ووفقا لآخر أخبار العقار المائل بالإسكندرية، فقد تم الوقوف على مصير العقارات المجاورة، حيث يوجد عقاران خلف هذا العقار المائل وأوراقهما سليمة، ولكن جرى إخلائهما حفاظًا على أرواح السكان.

وتمثلت معلومة أخرى في آخر أخبار العقار المائل بالإسكندرية، حيث يعد هذا العقار هو رقم 164، بحسب محافظ الإسكندرية فس سلسلة العقارات المائلة بدرجات مختلفة، كما لفت إلى وجود 2300 عقار أعمارهم أكثر من 100 عام، بالمحافظة.
