Towards Constitution Day in the fall and i think thats exciting so many families are going back and looking at those First Principles and founding documents. So in tennessee 7 that is at the top of the list. And some other things too. There is a daniels book i want to read, bringing out the best in people. And i think every once in a while it is like, you know, to get a new perspective on how you lead a team, i always say you lead people and you manage assets, and i have always been a big fan of the covey books, with the leadership principles. So i read a review or two of this. And i think that one is going to be good one to read. That is kind of motivational. That is on there. There is an interesting book too by mazer and it is fluke.
