Than a short time ago. Take a look at this video shot when this fire was really rolling and you could get an idea for the intensity here. This is a very large building that appears to be a block wide. It seems to be some mixed use, commercial use on the bottom and apartments and condos on the top. The building, though, was under construction. We are told that nobody had y moved in. So they didnt have to do any evuations. Nobody was hurt.
