Two stories tall. There have been several fires in encampments underneath bart tracks before and last year a man who live in a wooden shed in west oakland died in a fire. Still, advocates say the citys plan to destroy these streak tou streak tours is not the solution. A lot of residents put sweat equity in them. Some have concrete and tile flooring and decorations and roof. Everything. Its a big blow to lose the structures. Reporter the oeast oakland collective is raising money to buy tents that will go right where the structures are now, underneath the bart tracks. Cesar said the city may tear down his home but he plans to stay right in this spot. Thats all i got. Reporter this is all you have . Uhhuh. Reporter what if they take it away . Structure burn, you can see it right there on fire. This fire started around 3 30 this afternoon and quickly devoured 150 acres. The fire is burning north of santa rosa between highway 101 in the town of lower lake. Joining us on the phone is Suzy Blankenship with cal fire, thank you and give us an update, please. The fire is in lake county, off rocky creek and morgan valley. Its north of santa rosa in lake county. Conditions are now, the fire is at 150 acres, plus. So this fire is growing rapidly. Its a fastmoving fire. And the terrain is in the heavy brush and timber. Suzy, why is it moving so fast . The wind or terrain, or both . Its both. So winds are 11 miles per hour, but we know that terrain is dry and drought ridden. So you know the fuels are heavy. And there is a lot of brush up there. Talk more about the evacuations. Because this is a quickly moving fire. Were in the initial attack phase. We do have evacuations. I dont have a clear area of what areas are being evacuated. I wo
