Many of the allegations in the lawsuit involve the behavior of former superintendent Marc Thielman.

Shanon Rice filed the lawsuit last week in Benton County Circuit Court. It describes the district as a “boys club” where Superintendent Marc Thielman gave preferential treatment to male employees.
