Glass Avenue to reopen soon as culvert project is nearly completed Construction on the $400,000 project began in December The Glass Avenue culvert project in Byesville is expected to be completed this week.  In April 2018, a 75- to 100-year-old hand-laid brick culvert collapsed and a section of Glass Avenue between North Sixth Street and Meeks Avenue was closed.
