Womans car still on the sidewalk. This whole incident happened shortly after 7 00. The woman behind the wheel was driving at one point in time the wrong way down pine which is a one way street. And as you said earlier, aimed the car directly at the officers. This all started as a stolen vehicle investigation. They approached the woman at a near by gas station. As they approached that vehicle, the woman took off, turned up pine westbound on pine. Then did a u turn on a one way street. The officers then drove up on to the sidewalk at one point and back up the street several times in about a 50ya...
