Beerman, delivering remarks to the online Leadership 101 event, talked briefly about a sharp increase in the popularity of recreation as he described the idea that the community will draw people in the summer. Tanzi Propst/Park Record City Hall continues to require masks in municipal buildings, opting to keep the rule intact even after the end of a state mandate. The mandate was lifted last weekend, but individual businesses and property owners have the ability to require masks regardless of the mandate’s end.
