Dwight jefferson at Eisenhower Middle School is facing one count of Second Degree child abuse. The alleged victim a seventh grade student. Jefferson allegedly confronted the students about being late then ump punched him in the stomach and face. Several employees testified about seeing the student with a swollen eye.
