Cherise police say they have pulled the body of what they believe to be 16yearold jacob goulet from adam he seems to have fallen into a storm drain. From the water this afternoon and again, the police think it was the body they up and work looking for. 16yearold jacob goulet was reported missing by his parents saturday after he didnt return home after visiting a friends home on friday night.
