We are holding this hearing virtually if you didnt realize it and compliance with the regulations for Remote Committee proceedings her House Resolution 965. Before we turn to todays important topic, i want to remind members of the few procedures and help you navigate this virtual hearing. First, consistent with regulations, the committee will keep microphones muted to limit background noise.
