We spoke with the emilys mom earlier today. She says her daughter was brought here with injuries to her foot and ankle after being run over by the driver vo 57 year tyrone patrick, who 10 years as a metro bus operator, was turning left on onto erie, when he struck and killed emilys dad 73 year old stephen frank. Cincinnati police say the intersection was clear, the traffic lights were all working properly. The driver gave a voluntary blood sample. And it does not appear that speeding or impairment were factors at all sot lt bruce the main issue or the main factor here was it driver attention. ...
