storm warning. you're under a hurricane warning if you're headed east. maryland and virginia have already declared emergencies. hurricane irene has been downgraded to a category 2 storm, but that won't likely last long. forecasters say it will likely grow back into a category 3 hurricane later today. this storm is expected to make landfall tomorrow in north carolina. all together, 65 million people in the u.s. could be impacted by irene. and we have live coverage on the preps for hurricane irene. meteorologist tom kierein is tracking the storm. john schriffen is live in ocean city,...
