The storm is still maintaining those hurricaneforce winds, and so far warnings remain in place as lee begins to whip the new england coast, bringing heavy rainfall through cape cod and all the way through maine. Though its not expected to reach the u. S. , the outer bands are expected to pack strong winds up to 80 miles an hour and could bring flooding throughout the new england coast...
