Very compassionate. Does a very good job of organization. Hes a great guy, and i wish him well. Family, friends, city leaders and dignitaries came together to give their best wishes to ford. To meme hes like the captain of the ship. The Police Department was the ship. His hand was always on the helm no matter what happened. He knew where he wanted to go. He came on to the force more than 40 years ago, promoted to sergeant on january 1st 1979, and promoted to chief of police over 26 years ago on september 19th , 1989.
