The investigator found weapons like these in the bedroom of smiths 8,000 square foot home in the foothills east osan jose. The charges accused smith of possessing assault weapon ins colluding an ar10, a bush master aacr rifle and a Bushmaster Carbon rifle, along with a significant amount of ammuniti ammuniti ammunition.
