3 Sioux City Police have arrested three people in connection with a series of burglaries in town. 19 year old Wiley Spencer and 18 year olds Kelly Kuester and Marcos Guthridge were arrested yesterday afternoon after a search of the car they were in turned up meth and thousands of dollars worth of stolen items.
