And 16 in cape may and once again its those wind chills that are really the problem with winds building now into the teens in some neighborhoods, it feels like its 3 degrees below zero in philadelphia, very similar to this time yesterday morning. 1 degree below zero in trenton. A wind chill of two down in allentown. Five below zero in reading. Three below in wilmington. Millvilles at zero and cape may at four. As we go through the day, sunshine but temperatures remaining very cold. It looks like well stop in the mid20s. This model has 24. Im going to go 26 for a high. Either way the wind chills are going to make it feel a lot worse. Were looking at single digit wind chills probably through about lunchtime or so and then stopping at about 12 this afternoon.
