we first reported at 4:00. harford county sheriff's deputies make a shocking arrest. the suspect is a baltimore city police officer. detective kevin roland is charged with a sex abuse of a minor in edgewood. the alleged abuse happened in 2010, until sometime this month at the 44-year-old's home. roland, a 10-year veteran of the force is now suspended. a 17-year-old shot dead in baltimore county tonight. police are trying to figure out who killed him and why. wjz is live in baltimore highlands. mike hellgren is there and spoke with the victim's family. good evening, mike. >> good ev...
