Walnut creek this morning. We are looking at another cooler day today. We started the last hour of what was reported to be a minor accident. According to chp there were two separate minor accidents. It took them a while to clear and it has backed up traffic beyond the split. This is closer to carlos some boulevard. The drive time was just 15 to 20 minutes is now clot that 17 minutes. It is now coming in at 25 minutes. San palo alto is already jammed up. It is a 25 minutes commute time and that is what you can expect during the peak of the commute.
