You Can Bid on Art by Top Interior Designers in This Virtual Auction It benefits the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Apr 19, 2021 Buying artwork is thrilling in and of itself. But when it’s tied to a charitable effort? You can’t beat that combo. And right now, textile company Bassett McNab is hosting its first artwork auction to support the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The week-long virtual event features six framed window renderings dreamed up by top interior designers. For Bassett McNab’s “Windows for a Cause” charity auction, six designers were challenged to “design window vignettes incorporating fabrics from Bassett McNab’s debut relaunch collection, marking the return of the brand’s 20-year hiatus,” according to a press release. Those designs were then turned into illustrations by artist Diane Carnevale. Each designer worked with Custom Picture Frames to give the pieces an impressive final touch.
