Is that new from the last event and if so can you elaborate what if there are people who have cell phones or outdated numbers . We do try to contact every affected customer by phone email or text. I think we have a very high hit rate on that. It is the same as we have been doing. We had a couple hundred thousand people who updated their Contact Information.
