Kierkegaard K, trained and driven by Ake Svanstedt, equalled the track record for trotters during a great afternoon of racing at Vernon Downs featuring four Empire Breeders Classic (EBC) races for three-year-old trotters on Friday, June 16.

Vernon Downs hosted two divisions of the New York Sire Stakes for three-year-old trotting fillies as well as three-year-old trotting colts and geldings on Memorial Day.
