Fairfield. It has been soggy month. We are above 10 of rainfall in San Francisco, the first time in nine years we have had doubledigit rainfall in San Francisco and its still raining tonight. Now were looking all the way back to july 1. The water year. Were about halfway finished. These are promising numbers. We are nearly doubling our average rainfall in San Francisco and oakland for the water year and in san jose we have more than doubled it. So a tremendous amount of rain making a mess of the evening commute. Big pattern change. We are going to dry out. Find out when that happens. Thats com...
