In the riot he wore a helmet and dangled from the Senate balcony and was seen in Vice President Mike Pence s chair 
He was released Wednesday after agreeing to location monitoring, to not posess any weapons and to stay away from state courthouse
After his release he said to reporters:  I apologize. I do not condone the violence that happened there   ....

ADA COUNTY, Idaho A Meridian man who boasted online about storming the U.S. Capitol alongside a mob of Trump supporters was released from jail Wednesday afternoon.
Josiah Benjamin Colt, 34, was allowed out of jail ahead of his trial as long as he abided by requirements including location monitoring, not possessing any guns or other weapons, and staying at least 1,000 feet away from both the Idaho Statehouse and the James A.McClure Federal Building, a judge ruled Wednesday.  ....
