Florida hispanic kids do two grade levels ahead of their counterparts and equal to 33 states on this test. Low income are in the top five. Africanamerican are in the top five in these tests. The reason is that we have meaningful assessments and we have robust accountability and we have School Choice that puts pressure on a system that wouldnt otherwise move. Eliminating elements of the accountability system would get a bad result. W ....
