Seven month investigation into a deadly officerinvolved shooting. An officer killed kawaza beaty after he pointed a sawed off shotgun at police. 10 on your sides jason marks talked with beatys family who were disappointed at the investigation. Beatys family met with the commonwealths attorney this morning and he told them the shooting was justifed. They came out of that meeting very emotional as you can imagine.
