The sprawling estate, dubbed 'La Dune' for the sandy dune it sits behind, was owned by the former Canadian art magazine publisher, Louise Blouin, 65, who bought it for $13.5million in the 1990s.
The property, once the most expensive listing the Hamptons, had been on and off the market since 2016.
