chill of things. we have a dry, cold air mass in place. temperatures there in the upper 20s and low 30s so there is a freeze watch tonight through tomorrow. and that includes maryland, hardy, mineral and other counties and it will effect the vegetation. so for today, daytime highs into the low to mid-60s and a little on the cool side. the winds will pick up as well but once again no shortage of sunshine as we head through into the day. i'll have more details and look at the five-day later on. back to you tony and allison. our top story at 9:00, we're about an hour away from congres...
